What will I do when my PC has virus
What to do:
1. Backup your documents and files that can be backed up. Meaning, if the file is not infected, then proceed to backup. Either into a flashdrive, a CD or an external drive.
2. Restart your PC and boot from a CD or flashdrive with clean OS.
3. Re-format your PC fresh with new system.
4. Re-install all other applications.
5. Install the latest anti-virus software and have the virus definitions updated online.
6. Observe if symptoms will re-appear. If symptoms persists, send your PC to a qualified technician.
